Social Media Management in Prague

Content marketing on social media rewards regularity. What holds a profile together is a rhythm you can keep through your worst month, plus a strategy that says why anything gets posted at all. We run social media for companies that want to be seen every week, and we run it as one job: from the plan to the last reply in the comments.

From€250/mo

  • 30 daysnotice, no annual contract
  • 1×a month, a report in plain language
  • €200budget below which we talk you out of it
  • 2search engines in one plan: Google and Seznam

We run your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok. You know in advance what gets published this month, someone answers a message within two hours, and at the end of the month you see how many people came from the profile to your website.

We shoot and photograph the content ourselves, so the profile runs on your own footage, with no stock photos and no quote cards.

  • Strategy & planning

A plan that lets you run social media for the long term.

In short A plan social media can really be run from. We size it to the capacity you actually have, because a dead profile does more damage than no profile. Enquiries are what gets measured; the number of likes does not interest us. Written per quarter.

How we workWe pick platforms by where your customers actually spend time, then set the content pillars, posting frequency and who's responsible for what. All of it is sized to the capacity you genuinely have to give it. Every pillar comes with a sample post, so you see the plan in practice before it starts. After each month, we adjust it based on what actually worked.

What you getA quarterly plan covering content pillars, posting frequency and who delivers what, with a sample post attached to each pillar. Tracking gets set up alongside it, so you can see how many people clicked through from your profile to the website, and how many of them turned into leads.

    What's included

    • Platforms picked around your customers
    • Posting frequency set to your capacity
    • One sample post per pillar
    • Leads are the metric that counts

    Content creation

Posts, stories, reels and carousels made by us.

In short Finished posts, stories, reels and carousels: content marketing for companies that would rather not invent Monday's content every Monday. Source files stay yours, so you can edit a post or use it somewhere else. We make the brand and the website too, and the feed shows it.

How we workContent gets produced in batches. One day of shooting and production fills the calendar for weeks. You always get the batch for approval ahead of time, with the copy written and formats finished for each platform. We built your brand and your website too, so the feed keeps the same visual language as everything else. Shooting and editing happen in-house, so you never brief a separate video content creation company on top of us.

What you getFinished posts, stories, reels and carousels, in the right format for each platform, with captions already written and ready to go live. You also get a content calendar with dates, plus a preview of how the batch will look laid out in the feed. The copywriting comes from the same writer as your website, so the voice holds across both.

    What's included

    • Copy, design and video under one roof
    • One shoot, weeks of content ready
    • Batch approved before it's posted
    • Source files remain yours

    Community management

Replies to comments, messages and reviews in your brand's voice.

In short We handle replies, DMs, reviews and the occasional crisis, in your brand's voice and within agreed response times. Platforms reward conversation, and customers reward being heard.

How we workWe agree in advance on what we answer ourselves, what gets forwarded to you, and how quickly, and put together a playbook for crisis moments. Replies go out in your brand's voice, and we collect and respond to Google reviews too. Questions that keep coming up get logged along the way.

What you getComments, messages and reviews handled within the agreed time. Written rules cover who answers what, plus a playbook for an unhappy customer, an order mistake or a wave of comments under an ad. There's also a monthly summary of the most common questions, useful as material for your website copy.

    What's included

    • Replies inside an agreed response window
    • A playbook for awkward moments
    • Google reviews tracked and answered
    • Monthly recap of common questions

    Influencer marketing

Creators whose audience overlaps with your customers.

In short Work with creators whose audience genuinely overlaps with yours. Follower count does not decide it, because it can be bought and says nothing about buying behaviour. Every collaboration is measured on its own, so you can see what it brought in.

How we workWe select creators using audience data and check the overlap with your customer before anyone gets contacted. From there we negotiate terms, write a brief covering what needs to be said and what has to stay out, and make sure the partnership carries the disclosure the law requires. Each collaboration is measured separately.

What you getCollaborations agreed with contracted terms and a brief, a tracked link or discount code for each one, and a read on what it actually brought in. With the creator's consent, the content can also go into paid ads afterward.

    What's included

    • Creators picked using audience data
    • Briefs written, legal disclosure covered
    • Its own tracked link or code
    • Content that doubles as ad creative

    Analytics & reporting

One place to see what each channel brought in.

In short A monthly report that answers one question: what did it bring in revenue and leads? Likes don't appear in it. One dashboard covers every platform, and what to change next month is written in plain language.

How we workWe pull data together from your website, ad accounts, social channels and email, and track what happened after the click, all the way to the enquiry. Tracking gets set up correctly from the start, including GDPR consent and consistent campaign tagging. The report is written by us, in plain language, never a raw export from a tool.

What you getOne place showing performance across every channel, a monthly report covering what worked, what didn't and what to change, plus a written definition of how each metric gets calculated. There's also an honest section on what simply can't be measured.

    What's included

    • Every channel's data in one place
    • Measured down to leads and orders
    • Campaign tags and consent handled
    • Monthly report, written in plain English

    Sound familiar?

    John Doefirst call
    1. We "run" our socials, but the last post is from March…

    2. A profile without rhythm does more harm than no profile: someone finds it and concludes the company is dormant. With us the rhythm is held by a content plan a month ahead, approved in advance, and a shooting day that fills that month.

    3. Followers keep growing, enquiries don't

    4. Follower count is the cheapest number in the world and says the least. We measure clicks to the website, messages and enquiries, and we build content to lead there: what you do, for whom, what it costs and how to order.

    5. We have nothing to post, nothing happens here 😅

    6. It does. Production, people, customers, the questions you get every day: that's a year of content. Our job is to see it and shoot it. Yours is two hours a month for the shooting day and a sign-off on the plan.

    7. The agency sends me a twenty-page report and I learn nothing from it

    8. Our report is one page: what was published, what people did with it and what follows for next month. Numbers that say nothing stay out of it, however pretty they look.

    Run your socials yourself?

Plenty of companies run their own socials and some do it brilliantly. We won't pretend it can't be done without an agency. The question is when it's sensible and when it costs you more time than management would cost in money.

When you can run socials yourself

    • Someone on the team enjoys it and has two to three hours a week for it
    • You are the face of the brand and people follow you personally
    • One channel, one audience and content that comes out of the work by itself
    • A budget under €250 a month, where management doesn't pay off

    When it backfires

    • Rhythm: the first month you post daily, the third month never, and the profile shows it to everyone
    • Content: phone photos without light and quotes on colored backgrounds sell less every year
    • Replies: a message unanswered for two days is a lost customer, and nobody is watching on Friday evening
    • Numbers: without measurement you don't know whether socials bring anything or only eat time

      Call and profile audit

Half an hour on who you sell to and what a visitor should do after seeing the profile. We go through the existing profiles and tell you what works, what hurts and which networks make no sense to run at all.

    2. A month is planned

      Strategy and content plan

Three to five recurring themes, tone, formats and the first month's plan for sign-off. Fixed price and scope in writing, contract by the month.

    3. Content is filmed

      Shooting day

One day at your place or ours: reels, photos, short interviews. One day produces content for the whole month, shot vertical and with sound that needs no fixing.

    4. Your profile wakes up

      Ramp-up

Profiles tidied up (bio, links, highlights), first posts out, click tracking to the website switched on. Replies to messages and comments within the agreed time.

    5. You post on rhythm

    6. You know what works

      Review

What brought enquiries and what only collected likes. Themes and formats change accordingly. If a network brings nothing after a quarter, we suggest dropping it.

How much social media management costs

Community care (replies, comments, messages) from €250 a month, content creation with a shooting day from €400, full management with strategy and numbers from €550. Paid promotion of posts is a separate item from €350 for management; you pay the budget to the platform directly. No annual contract, 30 days' notice. Nothing is added on top, the price is final.

Most agencies show you impressions and hope that's enough to impress you. We build the tracking before we spend a single crown, so every channel has to answer one question: what did it actually bring in, in leads and revenue? We also shoot the video and build the site in-house. That means the campaign, the creative and the landing page all come from one crew working off one brief, with nobody waiting around for a third party to feed the algorithm. And there's no lock-in. It's a rolling monthly contract you can cancel with 30 days' notice, because we'd sooner earn next month's work than trap you into paying for it.

    What you ask most often

How much does social media management cost?

Social media marketing services start from €250 a month for community care, from €400 for content creation including a shooting day, from €550 for full management with strategy. The number of networks and posts per month raises the price. Nothing is added on top, the price is final.

Which networks should I be on?

The ones your customers use, and that's usually one or two. B2B and hiring mostly LinkedIn, trades and consumer services Instagram and Facebook, a younger audience TikTok. On the first call we tell you which ones to cross off the list.

How many posts a month do I need?

Fewer than you think, and regularly. Eight to twelve posts a month on one network, part of them video, keep a profile alive and can be covered from one shooting day. Daily posting with nothing to say leads to a profile people stop noticing.

    Who answers messages and comments?

In the package with community care, we do, within the agreed time and following agreed answers to common questions. Questions that need your expertise or a price we forward to you and publish the answer on your behalf.

Who supplies the photos and videos?

We do, from the shooting day that is included from the content creation package up. We shoot with our own gear, at your place or in the studio, vertical and horizontal. If you have usable material of your own, we add it to the plan.

How soon do socials bring customers?

First reactions and messages within the first month, measurable enquiries from the profile usually after three. It goes faster with paid promotion, which we can set up as a separate item. Anyone promising results in two weeks is selling follower counts.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes, notice is 30 days and the contract runs month to month. Profiles and all access are in your name from the start, the content we shot stays with you and you can keep using it.

Do you run marketing on Facebook and Instagram?

Yes, Instagram and Facebook are where most of our clients' customers already are. We plan the content, post it, answer messages and comments, and add paid ads when it makes sense.

    Ready to build something solid?

Drop us a message. We reply within a few hours to set up a quick chat.

    1. 1Within hours: a human reply: first thoughts, maybe a question or two.
    2. 2Within days: a 30-minute call. You talk, we listen. Free, no obligations.
    3. 3After the call: a written fixed quote, or an honest answer that we're not the right fit, with a tip on who to ask instead.

No sales scripts. You'll be talking to the people who'll actually build it.
