Product Photography in Prague

Commercial photography with a job to do: sell products, make your team look like people worth calling, prove your event actually happened at scale. We shoot to your brand's visual language, so a new frame sits next to everything you already use and still looks like you. That holds for the shop, the team page and the event recap.

Most of the work is product photography for the e-shop: a packshot on white for the catalog, a close-up of the material and a photo in use for the product page. Booked next to a video shoot, one day covers both.

Clothing product photography takes a few frames more: the whole piece, the fabric up close and the label.

  • Product photography

Packshots, details and scenes that show the product's worth.

In short Product and company photography from a single day: packshots on a neutral background, detail macros, scenes in use, team portraits and reportage from the floor. Product photography price and schedule follow the size of the catalog. Corporate photography happens at your place, among your people.

How we workWe keep the lighting and setup identical across the whole catalog. Packshots go on a neutral background, alongside detail shots of the craftsmanship and in-use scenes, and we check as we go that the color matches the real product. For corporate photography we shoot on-site in natural light, with people who don't need to act like professional models, and log our settings so a new colleague can be matched later. For color and size variants, we agree on a file-naming system upfront, so getting them into your store doesn't take manual work.

What you getPhotos cropped, background removed, sized to what your store requires, and named so they can be bulk-uploaded. Plus corporate portraits and reportage shots cropped for the site, ads and LinkedIn, including a square crop for profiles. Plus the original files, in case you need a different crop later.

    What's included

    • Packshots, detail shots, in-use scenes
    • Same lighting across the whole catalog
    • Background gone, sized for your store
    • Files named by product code

    Event photography

Event photos delivered while the story is still fresh.

In short Conferences, openings, team events, covered without getting in the way, delivered fast, with a same-day highlight set for social while the hashtag is still moving.

How we workWe agree in advance on what has to be photographed: speakers, awards, people in the room, partners and their logos. We shoot without getting in the way of the program. The strongest shots get edited first, so they're ready while the topic is still fresh.

What you getA quick set of edited photos for social first, then the full edited set sorted by program block. Photos come in both web and print resolution, so they work in an annual report too.

    What's included

    • Must-have shots agreed in advance
    • A quick set delivered for social
    • Shot without slowing the program
    • One crew covers photo and video

    Photo Editing

Retouching, color, backgrounds and exports in the right sizes.

In short Retouching, color work, background cleanup and format exports for the photos you already have, including pulling an inconsistent catalog together so it looks like one brand shot it.

How we workWe start by checking where the photos will go, and set a consistent editing process around that. For products, color gets checked against the real item. We retouch, correct perspective and remove backgrounds depending on where each photo ends up.

What you getEdited photos in the formats and sizes you need, ready for the web at the right resolution and in modern file formats. The original files come too, so you can always go back to them.

    What's included

    • Retouching, color, background removal
    • A messy catalog pulled together
    • True-to-life color, fewer returns
    • Web-ready, without slowing the page

    Sound familiar?

    John Doefirst call
    1. We have the manufacturer's photos, but so does every competitor…

    2. A supplier's catalog photo decides nothing, because the customer sees it everywhere. Lifestyle product photography, the item in hand, on a table or in use, is what sets your e-shop apart from the ones selling the same thing a couple of euros cheaper.

    3. We shot it on a phone and it looks like a flea market

    4. A phone can do a lot. Light is what it can't do. A white background that is truly white, a sharp detail of the material and the same product color across every photo come from lighting and editing; the camera comes second. That's what we have a studio and portable lighting for, at your place too.

    5. We have two hundred products, we'll never get them all shot

    6. You will. It's a matter of rhythm: same light, same angle, same background, product after product. Two hundred packshots take two to three days, and we deliver them named by your product codes so they can be bulk-uploaded to the e-shop.

    7. I got a thousand photos on a drive and don't know which to use 😔

    8. E-commerce photographers earn their keep in the selection. You get an agreed number per product, edited and sorted by product or part of the day, in formats for web and print. We never hand over a memory-card dump, because whoever has to choose from a thousand chooses nothing.

Stock photos, or your own shoot?

A stock library has a million photos for a few euros, and for some purposes that's a sensible choice; we won't pretend otherwise. The question is where stock helps you and where it quietly takes customers away.

    When stock is enough

    • An illustration for a blog post, where the photo only accompanies the text
    • Background and mood on a landing page that isn't about a specific product
    • A quick social post where the text is the point and the picture is secondary
    • A budget under €100 and you accept that your competitors have the same photo

    When it backfires

    • Product: stock doesn't have your product, and an e-shop customer buys with their eyes
    • Team: strangers smiling on the "about us" page are spotted at first glance and lower trust
    • Ads: in the auction, stock loses to a real product and real people
    • Consistency: photos from five libraries in five styles turn a website into a collage

From the brief to photos in the e-shop

    1. You know what you need

      Call and brief

Half an hour: what's being shot, how much of it, where the photos will live and what sizes your e-shop or website needs. Within two days you get the price and deadline in writing.

    2. Everything is ready

      Preparation

Style samples for sign-off, a list of products or scenes, the plan for the day. For products we agree the number of photos per item and the order, so the day doesn't stall on choosing.

      The shoot

In the studio or at your place with portable lighting. Products under the same light and background piece by piece; the team and premises at work, with no posing by the wall. Backups of the material made on site.

    4. You pick the best

      Selection and editing

Selection by the agreed count, color correction, retouching where needed. One round of feedback on the selection is included.

    5. Photos are on your site

      Delivery in web formats

Photos named by your product codes, in sizes for the e-shop, website and print, in modern formats that don't slow the page down. Upload them and you're done.

    How much product photography costs

Product shoot from €250, event coverage from €300, corporate photos of the team and premises from €350, retouching on its own from €100. The price is set by the number of products or hours of shooting. The number of final photos doesn't change it. When we combine the shoot with a video shooting day, you pay a fraction of a separate day. Nothing is added on top, the price is final.

    Check pricing

A film crew that builds websites too

Most studios do one thing. We do the whole story: concept, script, shoot, edit, color and sound, all under one roof. The people who invent the idea are the ones who deliver it. Nothing gets lost in translation between a strategist, a crew and an editor who've never met. Because we also build websites, the video and the page it lives on get made together, so they actually fit together. You get footage cut for every platform, sound mixed to standard, and content banked in batches, so feeding the algorithm doesn't eat your whole week.

    What you ask most often

How much does product photography cost?

From €250 per shoot. The price grows with the number of products and with whether you want only packshots on white or photos in use as well. For hundreds of products we count shooting days, and we say so upfront. Nothing is added on top, the price is final.

How many photos do I get?

An agreed number per product or per hour of an event, edited and selected. For products usually three to five per item: packshot, detail, in use. We don't deliver the unedited contents of the whole card, because nobody can choose from a thousand photos.

Do you shoot at our place or in the studio?

Both. Smaller products and fashion product photography in the studio, where the light is under control; large items, the team and the premises at your place with portable lighting. Within Prague at no extra charge; outside Prague travel appears in the budget as a separate line.

    How long does it take?

The shoot takes one day, two to three for large catalogs. Edited photos come within a week of the shoot, within two weeks for hundreds of products. The deadline is part of the quote.

What formats do I get the photos in?

For the web in the sizes your e-shop needs and in modern lightweight formats; for print in full resolution. Named by your product codes so they can be bulk-uploaded. You name the formats, we work out the rest.

    Who owns the photos?

You do, for web, socials, print and ads, with no time limit. You pay nothing further for the use and you don't have to credit us.

Can the shoot be combined with filming?

Yes, and it's the cheapest way to do it. When the light and crew are already at your place for the video, product and team photos from the same day cost a fraction of a separate shoot. We arrange it on the first call, including the product photography creative for your ads.

No sales scripts. You'll be talking to the people who'll actually build it.
