AI Chatbot Development and Business AI

AI development earns its keep when it runs on real workflows and real data. Without that it is theatre. We build the useful kind: assistants, agents and search that save measurable hours, and we will tell you honestly what is not worth automating yet. The same holds for AI marketing, which Czech clients call AI reklama: real data first, then the model.

Business AI today mostly means an assistant that knows your documents, catalogue and orders and answers customers and staff instantly, with a source. A chatbot costs from €800, typically around €1,650, and goes live in two to four weeks. We only build what saves hours or adds revenue we can put a number on.

  • AI Chatbots

A chatbot that answers from your docs and pricing.

In short Chatbots trained on your own documentation, products and policies. They answer customers accurately, in your tone, hand off to a human when they should, and stay awake at 3 a.m. when your competitors don't. The same discipline sits behind AI marketing that actually converts: know the data, keep a person in the loop.

How we workFirst we count how many questions actually come in each day, since that decides whether a bot is even worth building. Then we gather your materials, set clear boundaries for what it will and won't answer, and decide exactly when it hands off to a person. Before launch, we test it against real questions pulled from your support inbox.

What you getA working chatbot live on your website, in your store, or inside the chat tool you already use, connected to your data so it can answer a question about a specific order. You also get a log of every conversation showing the source behind each answer, plus a simple way to correct the material when it gets something wrong.

    What's included

    • Built from your own materials
    • Clear rules for human handover
    • Every answer traces to its source
    • We'll tell you when a FAQ will do

    AI Agents

AI tools that process an order or update the CRM on their own.

In short Beyond chat: agents built with AI that actually do things. Process an order, draft a reply, update the CRM, chase an unpaid invoice. We keep the scope narrow, watch them closely, and only widen it once they've earned the trust.

How we workWe start with one narrowly scoped task, measure the time it actually saves, and only add another once that's proven. Connections run through the interfaces your systems already have, and anything sensitive waits for a person to confirm it. Before we build an agent at all, we check whether plain automation, no model needed, would do the job just as well and cost less to run and fix.

What you getAn agent that handles one specific task on its own, processing an order, drafting a reply for approval, updating your CRM or chasing an unpaid invoice. You also get a log of every step and the time it measurably saved, giving you a solid case for expanding what it does.

    What's included

    • One task at a time, measured
    • Each step logged
    • Sensitive actions need human confirmation
    • We'll suggest a non-AI option too

    Document Processing

Invoices and contracts extracted without retyping.

In short Invoices, contracts, forms: read, extracted, checked and filed with AI instead of by an intern with a sore wrist. A person reviews anything where the stakes are high; everything else runs on its own.

How we workWe work out the payback upfront, based on how many documents you handle each month. Then we train the system on your real documents, including scans, phone photos and PDFs with no text layer, and set a confidence threshold above which a document clears itself. Everything below that line goes to a person for review.

What you getA process that pulls the data out of your documents, checks it against what's already in your system, and routes any mismatch to a person. You also get a review queue, a log of every document, and a threshold you can adjust for what clears on its own.

    What's included

    • Works from scans and phone photos
    • Checked against data already in your system
    • A confidence threshold where a human steps in
    • Payback worked out up front

    Internal AI assistants

An assistant that knows your internal policies and procedures.

In short An in-house assistant that has genuinely read your wiki, contracts and procedures, and answers staff questions privately and securely. New hires ramp up faster, and "just ask Karel, he knows" stops being your entire knowledge base.

How we workWe start by gathering your internal docs, policies and procedures, and sorting out what's still current from what died years ago. An assistant trained on stale material is worse than no assistant at all. We set who can read what by role, and connect it to the tools your team already uses. And we're upfront about its limits, including where the final call always stays with a person.

What you getAn assistant available right where your team already works, answering from your own internal material and respecting who's allowed to see what. You also get a report of the questions it couldn't answer, a ready-made list of what to add to the documentation.

    What's included

    • Answers straight from your policies
    • Role-based access
    • Faster onboarding for new hires
    • Wired into the tools your team uses

    Machine Learning

Custom models for forecasts, anomalies and recommendations.

In short Custom models for where off-the-shelf artificial intelligence runs out: demand forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendations, pricing. We only build one when the data justifies it, and we'll tell you plainly when it doesn't. The same models power AI marketing use cases too: pricing, recommendations, demand forecasts that hold up once they ship.

How we workWe start by checking the data, because its volume and quality decide the outcome more than the choice of method ever does. We build the simplest possible baseline, measure it, and only deploy a more complex model once it clearly beats that number. If the data turns out to be insufficient, we stop the project instead of spending more of your budget.

What you getA working model deployed for your specific task, with its accuracy monitored, since accuracy drifts over time. You also get a report on the data, the baseline the model was measured against, and exactly where its reliability limits sit.

    What's included

    • Data quality checked first
    • A simple baseline before anything complex
    • Accuracy tracked once it's live
    • We'll tell you if the data falls short

    1. Support answers the same thirty questions over and over

    2. Shipping, returns, order status, opening hours. A chatbot connected to your data handles them day and night, and your support team keeps the questions that really need a person.

    3. We want AI but don't know what for

    4. We start with a process audit: where time goes and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is that AI won't help and plain automation will do. That's a useful answer too, and you get it right away.

    5. We're afraid the bot will make things up

    6. The bot answers only from the material you give it and cites the source. If it can't find an answer, it says "I don't know" and passes the question to a person. We set the limits upfront and test them on your real questions.

    7. We retype invoices and contracts by hand

    8. Document processing pulls structured data out of an invoice, contract or order and sends it to accounting or the CRM. A person only checks the unclear cases.

    Is free ChatGPT enough?

Free AI in a browser handles text, summaries and ideas, and for individuals it's a great tool. The difference starts when it has to answer customers from your data, work inside your systems and be accountable for what it says.

When a free tool is enough

    • You write copy, emails or summaries for yourself
    • You always read and correct the result before using it
    • You don't need a link to orders, the catalogue or the CRM
    • You don't paste customers' personal data into the chat

When you need your own solution

    • The bot answers customers and has to know your prices, terms and order status
    • You handle personal data and need GDPR and hosting under control
    • The output should go straight into a system, like an invoice into accounting
    • You want to measure how many questions the bot handled and how many hours it saved

From an idea to an assistant in production

    1. You know if it pays off

      Call and audit

We walk through the process and work out how many hours or how much revenue is at stake. If the numbers don't work, we say so straight away. The first consultation is free.

    2. The bot has something to draw on

      Source material

We gather documents, the catalogue, frequent questions and system connections. We define what it may answer and when it hands off to a person.

    3. It works on real data

      Pilot

In one to two weeks and for a fixed price we build a pilot and test it on your real questions, including the tricky ones.

    4. It runs for customers

      Launch

A chatbot on your site, WhatsApp or Messenger, an internal assistant in a tool the team already uses. We train the people who'll work with it.

    5. You know what it delivers

      Measurement

An overview of conversations, resolved questions, handoffs to a human and time saved. Unanswered questions show you what to add.

    6. The bot gets smarter every month

      Ongoing tuning

We add material, refine answers and watch running costs. Support runs month to month and can be cancelled any time.

    What business AI costs

Document processing from €750, AI chatbot and AI search from €800, internal assistant from €1,200, machine learning from €2,450. AI agents are priced individually. Model usage is paid by actual consumption. Nothing is added on top, the price is final.

AI built to actually do the work

AI and automation earn their keep when they’re wired into real workflows with real data. Without that, it’s just theater. We build the first kind: we map how the work actually happens, put a price on the wasted hours, and automate the steps where the numbers make the case on their own. Tools run on infrastructure your team can maintain, monitored so failures get flagged immediately, and handed over with full documentation and access. You end up owning the code and the pipeline. There’s no black-box subscription you can’t see inside.

    What you ask most often

    What is artificial intelligence?

Artificial intelligence (AI) is software that learns from data and handles tasks only people used to manage: understanding text, answering, sorting documents. In business today it mostly means language models, which chatbots and assistants are built on.

    What is a chatbot?

A chatbot is a program that chats with customers on a website or in a messaging app. Today's AI chatbots understand everyday language and answer from your documents and data. Older bots only picked from pre-written replies.

How much does an AI chatbot cost?

From €800, typically around €1,650 depending on the number of sources and system connections. Model usage comes on top, usually a few dozen euros a month for a typical website. Nothing is added on top, the price is final.

Won't the bot make things up?

The bot answers only from the material you give it and cites the source. If it can't find an answer, it says so and passes the question to a person. No model offers a hundred percent certainty, which is why we test the limits on your real questions before launch.

What about GDPR and our data?

Your data doesn't train public models, which the providers' contract terms guarantee. On request the whole solution runs on EU hosting. Personal data goes to the model only when an answer requires it.

    What do you build on?

On whichever model fits the task and budget: Claude, GPT or a local model on your own server. We build so the model can be swapped later without a rebuild.

What's the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?

A chatbot answers. An AI agent also acts: it creates a lead in the CRM, moves a deal forward, books an appointment. We build agents where the rules are clear and every step can be checked.

How long does it take to launch?

A pilot on real data takes one to two weeks, a typical chatbot in production two to four weeks. A larger internal assistant or machine learning depends on the amount of data and systems.

Our old system has no API. Can it still work?

Usually, yes. Data can come from a regular export, from the database or through a middle layer we build. On the first call we'll tell you which route is cheapest for you.

    Ready to build something solid?

Drop us a message. We reply within a few hours to set up a quick chat.

    1. 1Within hours: a human reply: first thoughts, maybe a question or two.
    2. 2Within days: a 30-minute call. You talk, we listen. Free, no obligations.
    3. 3After the call: a written fixed quote, or an honest answer that we're not the right fit, with a tip on who to ask instead.

No sales scripts. You'll be talking to the people who'll actually build it.
