Brand Assets and Infographics in Prague

You get each template in the program you actually work in, with the grid and the type locked, so a colleague can type in the text and the file still looks like yours.

  • Business Cards

Legible business cards on stock that lasts.

In short Cards people actually keep: on-brand design, real paper and finish recommendations, print-ready files with bleeds and spot colors already handled. A small object that carries an outsized first impression.

How we workWe design the card to match the identity, recommend paper, weight and finish, and prepare print files with bleed, crop marks and colors set up for the specific printer. Before ordering, we check the details it usually falls down on.

What you getPrint files prepared for a specific printer, a preview of the result, and versions for individual people in the company, so cards can be ordered by name with no extra designer involved. Plus a recommendation of paper, weight and finish, and the reasoning behind it.

    What's included

    • Print files with bleed and crop marks
    • Recommended paper and finish
    • A version for everyone on the team
    • Details checked for legibility

    Letterhead

Letterhead, invoices and proposals in one style.

In short Letterheads, invoices and official documents that all look like they came from the same company, plus editable Word and Google versions that don't fall apart the moment accounting starts typing into them.

How we workBeyond the graphics, we write down what every document must carry: company identifiers, the register entry, page numbering and a place for a signature or stamp. Templates are then built on heading, list and table styles, so they hold together while someone types into them.

What you getEditable templates for letterhead, invoice, proposal and contract, built for Word and Google Docs, with styles set up and room left for the mandatory details. Each one comes with a short guide to what changes and what to leave alone.

    What's included

    • Templates for Word and Docs alike
    • Stays intact while you type
    • Every mandatory detail covered
    • Heading and table styles already set

    Presentation templates

Slides for text, numbers, charts and photos.

In short A full slide system, built well past one pretty title page: layouts for every content type, with charts, tables and icons pre-styled so a sales deck built at midnight still looks on-brand.

How we workWe prepare layouts for text, numbers, charts, tables, photos, quotes and comparisons, and pre-style every one of them. Charts come set up with colors and labels already applied, so nobody wrestles with the tool's default look. Templates are built in whichever tool your team actually works in.

What you getA template for the tool your team presents in, with finished slide layouts, pre-styled charts and aspect ratios ready for screen and projection. Plus icons, maps and brand elements in a version that drops straight into a slide, no designer required.

    What's included

    • Charts and tables pre-styled
    • Both PowerPoint and Google Slides
    • A sample deck to work from

Templates for an on-brand post in minutes.

In short Profile assets and post templates for every platform, sized, layered and organized so your marketer ships a branded post in minutes, no design session needed.

How we workWe find out which tool your team actually works in and build the templates directly inside it. Layers are named and everything except text and photo stays locked, so even someone with zero design background can find their way around the file. Sizes are checked against each network's current specifications.

What you getProfile images and headers sized correctly for every network, templates for posts and stories, reel covers, and crops for square and vertical formats, all with fonts and colors already set. Plus a short guide to what changes in the template and what to leave alone.

    • Templates for posts, stories, reels
    • Layers named clearly
    • Works in Canva too

    Email Signatures

A signature that looks the same in Outlook, Gmail and on a phone.

In short Signatures that render correctly in Outlook, Gmail and on phones, a genuinely hostile technical environment. We've already fought that battle, so you don't have to.

How we workWe build the signature in table-based code, with a fallback version that drops the images. We test it in Outlook, Gmail and on phones, in both light and dark mode. We also prepare a shorter variant for replies, where a long signature just gets in the way.

What you getSignature code for the whole team, where only name and title change, a shorter variant for replies, and an install guide for every common mail client. Colleagues set it up themselves, no call to IT required.

    What's included

    • Renders in Outlook, Gmail and on phones
    • One format for the whole team
    • Install steps for every mail client
    • Tested in light and dark mode

    Merch & More

Apparel, packaging, vehicle wraps, banners and trade fair stands.

In short Merch, packaging, signage, vehicle wraps, event graphics, everything else the brand touches. Each one is designed for its medium and prepared to the producer's exact specs before it goes anywhere near production.

How we workWe design for each medium on its own terms and prepare the files exactly to the producer's specifications, including color model, vector outlines and resolution. Where it matters, we deal with the printer directly and check the proof before the whole run gets produced.

What you getProduction files for every medium you need: apparel print, packaging, vehicle wraps, signage, banners, an exhibition stand, promotional items. For repeat orders, a template that leaves you with just the text to fill in next time.

    What's included

    • Files matched to the producer's spec
    • Design fitted to the medium
    • Proof checked before full production
    • One template for repeat orders

    1. Every salesperson has their own presentation

    2. When everyone builds slides on their own, the company looks different at every meeting. A template with ready slide layouts lets anyone make a new deck in an hour and stay consistent.

    3. We have no time for social media graphics

    4. A set of templates for posts, stories and covers cuts graphics prep to a few minutes. Swap the text and photo, the template holds the rest.

    5. Nobody reads our numbers in a table

    6. Tables get skipped. An infographic shows one key message so people get it in seconds and remember it.

    7. Business cards from the printer look different from the screen

    8. Colour on screen and on paper differs. We prepare print files in CMYK or Pantone for the specific paper and printer and order a proof for larger runs.

    Which one sounds like you?

Pick your case and enter your own numbers. The screen works out what you're losing or gaining.

    Just do it in Canva?

Canva has nice templates and they're fine for a quick post. The difference is whether you work with a template thousands of other companies use or with your own built on your identity.

    When ready-made templates are enough

    • You need a one-off post or invitation
    • The brand doesn't have an identity to build on yet
    • You make materials yourself and check the result by eye
    • You don't print and everything stays on screen

    When it starts causing trouble

    • Competitors use the same template and your posts get lost
    • Everyone on the team edits the template differently and consistency disappears
    • The printer sends Canva files back because of colours or bleed
    • Presentations and documents have to work in PowerPoint and Word on clients' machines

An identity built to survive contact with reality

A logo is the easy part. The decisions behind it are the actual brand. We start with strategy, who you're for and what you stand for, because an identity without an argument is just decoration. Then we design for real life, well past the portfolio mockup. The mark has to work at 16 pixels and on the side of a building. The palette has to survive cheap print, and the voice has to sound like you in a job ad and a pitch alike. And we write it all down in a brand book, so the tenth freelancer you hire still looks like the same company as the first.

    What you ask most often

    What is an infographic?

An infographic is an image that explains numbers or a process faster than text: a chart, a diagram, a timeline or a comparison. A good one carries one key message and reads in seconds, even on a phone.

How much do brand assets cost?

Business cards from €150, letterhead from €100, email signature from €100, presentation templates from €350, a social media kit from €350. The price covers design and templates, printing is paid to the printer. Nothing is added on top, the price is final.

    Do you handle printing?

We prepare print files and recommend a printer we've had good experience with. You order the print directly, so you pay only the printer, with no markup. For larger runs we arrange a proof.

Which programs do the templates come in?

Whichever your team uses: Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Slides, Keynote or Canva. Templates come with set styles and locked logo and colour elements, so they can't be broken by accident.

Do we need a finished identity first?

Ideally yes, the materials build on it. If the identity is missing or incomplete, we start with the basics: logo, colours and font. Without them every template would be made blind.

    How long does it take?

Business cards and an email signature take a few days. A presentation template with ten to fifteen slide layouts one to two weeks. A social media kit a week.

What's in a social media kit?

Profile images and covers for each network, post and story templates for different content types, such as news, quote, product or event, and rules for combining them.

Do you do merch and signage?

Yes, from €250: T-shirts, bags, mugs, vehicle and shopfront graphics. We prepare designs and files for the manufacturer, and you order production directly.

    Who owns the rights?

You do. We hand over source files and transfer copyright in writing. For third-party photos and fonts we tell you which licence you need.

    2. 2Within days: a 30-minute call. You talk, we listen. Free, no obligations.
    3. 3After the call: a written fixed quote, or an honest answer that we're not the right fit, with a tip on who to ask instead.

No sales scripts. You'll be talking to the people who'll actually build it.
