Context
NIBL looks after property in Czechia from purchase to daily operation. One brand covers facility management, property management, real estate services and construction consulting. The site is in Russian.
The Challenge
Four heavyweight B2B services have to read as one company. The client arrives with a single task: buy, build or modernize a property. The site has to lead them to the right service and to a talk with an advisor.
The constraint
There was no previous site, so nothing could be carried over. Copy, structure and visuals start from zero, and the brand is being tuned alongside the site.
The decisions, pinned where they live
Why we made it this way.

The headline says what the company does and where: end-to-end property management in Czechia. The country is set in the brand color.
If you know what you need, you go straight to the service areas. If you're unsure, you ask for a consultation.
An average of 4.9 out of 5 from more than 130 reviews sits on the first screen. You see the trust before you start scrolling.

What we did, and why

Four areas on one screen
The services block lists all four areas one under another, each with a short description and a link. You get the whole company without switching pages.

A page for every area
Take facility management: what the area handles and exactly what it covers, from building-systems inspections to cleaning and security. Each of these pages has its own address.

Contact without extra steps
The form asks for name, email, phone and a message. Next to it sit a link to the FAQ and an email address. Under the button, a promise to reply within one or two business days.
The SEO thinking behind it
Finished HTML on every page
Each page leaves the server as finished HTML with all its text. A search engine reads it without waiting for scripts.
An address for every area
Facility management, property management, real estate services and construction consulting each have their own URL. Each area can rank for its own searches.
FAQ on a page of its own
Common client questions have their own page and address. The answers sit in the HTML like the rest of the site.
Sitemap and canonical addresses
The sitemap is generated on every build. Pages carry a canonical address, a sharing preview and WebSite and WebPage structured data.
Where it landed
The site runs on a staging address with eight pages in Russian: home, about, four service areas, FAQ and contact. The brand is still being tuned, so the project is marked as in progress. We measured the numbers below ourselves.
